We strongly recommend starting off with Beginner classes if you have little to no reformer experience and watch the video at the bottom of this page*

Bootylicious – 45 minutes

Everything all lower body! Think your gluteus maximus, medius and minimums. All working, this class is a major focus on your booty testing your strength and flexibility on your lower body. Pushing you to feel the burn, using weights and different props to help target areas, and allowing you to reach those goals. Upbeat music and pump. Must have reformer experience. Pilates socks are not required, but strongly recommended.

Beginners - 55 minutes

In this class, we'll focus on building a strong foundation in Pilates Reformer technique while emphasizing proper alignment, breathing, and core engagement. You'll learn how to safely and effectively use the Reformer to improve flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness. This class is designed to introduce you to the fundamental principles and movements in a supportive and encouraging environment. Pilates socks are not required, but strongly recommended.  

Full Body strength – 55 minutes

Full body in session! This class is a full body workout pushing and testing your limits to help you achieve your all-around fitness goals. Using weights and props to help strengthen your muscles, flexibility and mobility. Each class will help work every muscle group. Uplifting music will help get you through the class! Must have reformer experience. Pilates socks are not required, but strongly recommended.

Jumpboard- 45 minutes

Break in a sweat with our jump board class. A great way to get in a HIIT workout on the reformers, this is an upbeat and hi tempo class involving more cardio. Focus on controlling your breathing while targeting all muscle groups. This class will help improve your strength and achieve greater fitness goals on your journey. This class is open to all levels, but is recommended for those who are more comfortable on the reformer. Pilates socks are not required, but strongly recommended.

Mat Pilates- 60 minutes

Targeting all muscle groups, and working against gravity, Mat Pilates will test you while doing a sequence of movements and flow throughout the class. This class will help strengthen your body, while working on your mobility and flexibility. Helping you achieve greater fitness goals, while using weights and props. This class is open to all levels! Pilates socks are recommended, however not required.

Mat Burn – 55 minutes

This class is an invigorating Pilates class designed to fire up your core, sculpt your muscles, and leave you feeling energized and empowered! This dynamic mat-based workout combines classical Pilates exercises with modern fitness techniques to deliver a challenging yet exhilarating full-body experience. In this high-intensity Mat Burn class, we'll target every muscle group from head to toe, with a special emphasis on core strength, stability, and endurance. Pilates socks are recommended, however not required. Our reformers turn into mats, or you are welcome to bring your own mat!

Arms and Abs- 45 minutes

Focusing on the upper body, this class will target and test your upper body strength along with your obliques and your “deep fours” (which includes pelvic floor, diaphragm, multifidus and transverses abdominals). Controlling your breathing, helping you achieve your stability and definition in your body, allowing you to reach those fitness goals. Must have reformer experience. Pilates socks are not required, but strongly recommended.

ABC’s Abs Booty and Core – 55 minutes

Get it all done in this high-intensity, high-energy class! In ABC's, we evenly target your abs, core, and booty, dedicating one-third of the class to each area. Additionally, we'll incorporate compound movements to engage all three muscle groups simultaneously, maximizing your workout efficiency and results. Join us to challenge yourself and have fun while working on your fitness goals! Pilates socks are not required, but strongly recommended.
