Studio Rules and Policies

Membership and Registration:

-All waivers and intake forms must be completed before class. Registration can be done online or our mobile app.

· Any packages purchased have 12-month expiration from date of purchase.

-Memberships begin from the date of first class booked, not date of purchase.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

· We have a 12-hour cancellation policy

· Monthly membership holders, who cancel before 12 hours will not be affected however if you cancel after the 12 hour window there is a $10 fee.

· Class Package holders, who cancel before 12 hours will have their class credited back, if you cancel after the 12 hour window your class will be taken out of your package.

· No-shows who hold a monthly membership will be charged a $15 fee. 

- No-shows who hold a Class Package will have a class taken out of their package.

Class Cancellation Policy:

Classes will be canceled if there are less than 3 people signed up four hours before the class begins. Early morning classes will be cancelled by 9pm the night before.

Payment and Billing:

· All classes and packages must be prepaid online or in our app, via Visa, Mastercard and Debit.

· Packages for future classes and Merchandise can be purchased in store.

Refund and Return Policies:

· All sales and services are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

· Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase date. Must have tags and be unused.

Class and Studio Rules:

· Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. We have a 10 minute late grace period. If you are later than 10 minutes you will not be able to join the class and will be charged a $15 no show fee.

· Please note your instructors could change prior to class.

· Grip socks are recommended in the studio.

· Please wear something you feel comfortable in and can move freely.

· We want everyone to feel safe, including staff and clients, please be mindful of yourself and those around you.

· Water bottles are encouraged.

· We offer sweat towels if needed, please ask our front desk!

Health and Safety:

· We STRONGLY recommended beginners with little to no reformer experience to take Introduction to Pilates and Beginner classes to start.

· Your well-being is our top priority, please inform the instructor or staff of any medical conditions or injuries.

· We want to maintain a clean and safe environment; we ask that you please wipe down equipment used after each class use.

· While we believe everyone can benefit from Pilates, we advise you to consult with your doctor if pregnant, injured or ill.
